Refund Policy

At TrawelPlay Hospitality, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for our B2B partners. Please review the following terms carefully.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to accounts@trawelplayhospitality.com. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

Hotel Bookings
- Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and season
- Some hotels may impose 100% cancellation fees during peak seasons
- We will communicate any non-refundable hotel bookings in advance
- Early departures are non-refundable
Flight Tickets
- Airline tickets are 100% non-refundable once issued
- Some airlines may permit cancellations with heavy penalties
- Name changes are not permitted on most discounted tickets
- Refunds for cancellable tickets take 4-6 weeks to process
Transportation Services
- 50% refund if cancelled 72+ hours before service
- 25% refund if cancelled 24-72 hours before service
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure Events:
For cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- We will work with suppliers to obtain maximum possible refunds
- Refunds will be processed as credits for future travel when possible
- Processing may take 60-90 days during such events
Medical Emergencies:
With valid medical documentation:
- 75% refund if cancelled 7+ days before travel
- 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of travel
- Must provide doctor's certificate within 48 hours of cancellation
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving cancellation request
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
- All refunds are subject to payment gateway processing fees (2-3%)
Note: This policy applies to all bookings made through TrawelPlay Hospitality. Some services may have stricter cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.
