These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Trawelplay Hospitality's B2B travel services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Trawelplay Hospitality acts as a B2B travel agent and destination management company, providing services to registered travel partners and agencies.

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost.
• Full payment must be received at least 15 days prior to travel date.
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.

• 30+ days before travel: 25% cancellation fee (deposit retained)
• 15-29 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
• 8-14 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
• 0-7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.
• Room categories are as per hotel standards and may vary between properties.
• We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar category if necessary.

• Vehicle types are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Standard vehicle usage is 8 hours/80km per day, whichever comes first.
• Additional km/hour charges apply beyond the limit.
• Driver allowances and parking charges are included unless specified otherwise.

• Trawelplay Hospitality acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses during the tour.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating local laws or customs.

Client information is collected for booking purposes only. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for service provision. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Trawelplay Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
